Each vendor is required to clean up their space as it was when they arrived. If your space is not cleaned properly upon departure, there will be a cleanup fee billed separately.
We are requiring all vendors to use a tablecloth if they have a table set up.
Vendors please keep in mind that a professional display is appreciated by attendees.
Your registration is NOT accepted until you receive an email of CONFIRMATION with an invoice from us. This form is simply an application. We reserve the right to turn away any vendor if we feel it is not a good fit for this event or if we already have a vendor of the same kind.

This is a binding agreement upon payment of your invoice. You have 48 to submit your vendor fee once the email has been sent.  PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VENDOR FEES ONCE THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
