2024 Heritage Homestead Conference and Country Fair

We are excited to expand the Heritage Homestead Conference this year by adding a Heritage Country Fair for a 3 day event this year!

 
Please note: Your vendor fee does not include admittance to the conference sessions. If you want to attend any of the sessions, you will need to purchase a Heritage Homestead Conference ticket separately. You can also purchase tickets for any of the hands on workshops and special events occurring during the 3 day event on the website.

Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 8 pm


Early Set-Up:
Wednesday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm


Set-up:
Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 6:00 am
Booths MUST be set-up by 7:30 am each day


Tear Down:

Thursday and Friday: 5:15 pm (No exceptions)
Saturday:  tear down starts at 8:15 pm. (No exceptions)

** Food Trucks/Food Prep Vendors: If you are a food truck, food vendor making food onsite to sell, YOU MUST HAVE ALL NECESSARY TEMPORARY FOOD PERMITS from the Gaines County Health Department and Food Handlers License.

** NOTE: This is a homesteading/farming/landowner/homeowner/gardening/livestock conference. Please make sure your business is relevant to the interests of our attendees. We cannot, and will not, guarantee sales or traffic to your vending space.


AGREEMENT —
ALL VENDORS are required to remain set up for all that you committed to. Booth tents must be taken down or dismantled each day and secured in the event of a windy night. Minimum of 20lbs of weight per tent leg required. There will be no overnight security on the property although the property is fenced in. You are expected to remain open the entire time that the event is scheduled for. 

 
In order to provide the best experience for all of our vendors, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling the same type of product.
Vendors are responsible for their own products, banners, promo materials, etc.
Each vendor is required to clean up their space as it was when they arrived. If your space is not cleaned properly upon departure, there will be a cleanup fee billed separately.
We are requiring all vendors to use a tablecloth if they have a table set up.
Vendors please keep in mind that a professional display is appreciated by attendees.
Your registration is NOT accepted until you receive an email of CONFIRMATION with an invoice from us. This form is simply an application. We reserve the right to turn away any vendor if we feel it is not a good fit for this event or if we already have a vendor of the same kind.


This is a binding agreement upon payment of your invoice. You have 48 to submit your vendor fee once the email has been sent.  PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VENDOR FEES ONCE THEY ARE SUBMITTED.


ALL COTTAGE LAW FOOD ITEMS MUST BE LABELED in accordance with the state of TEXAS. 
Heritage Homestead Country Fair is not legally responsible should you not be in compliance with Texas state laws or Gaines County laws. Please do your research and adhere accordingly.
We are also not responsible for injury of self or products. You are in charge of your own insurance for your vendor space and business.


ALL FOOD VENDORS (or vendors that are required to have a license provided by the county or state) must present their required Temporary Food Permit at least 2 weeks before the conference.

We require that vendors remain open from the time the gates open until the close of the conference and fair each day. We understand that many vendors are eager to attend the conference sessions and workshops during the event.  


For the safety of attendees, all VEHICLES used to bring items to your booth must be out of the gated area by 7:30 am.  Parking information will be provided as we get closer to the conference.

PROMOTION: You will receive a free link on our website and an announcement that you are coming on all of our social media outlets. We would greatly appreciate vendors cross-promoting the event. And follow us on Facebook!
